Our Response to COVID-19 and Our Commitment to You

Delta Dental of North Carolina shares your concern for the safety, security and health of our employees, business partners and community at large. Rest assured that we are taking necessary precautions in accordance with recommendations from state and federal officials and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC).

In an effort to protect the health and welfare of our employees and reduce the potential spread of the Coronavirus, we are requiring that employees work remotely. Business travel has been suspended. Our service and support models and increased digital capabilities enable us to serve our members, brokers, clients and network providers from just about anywhere.

As we navigate this time of uncertainty together, we want to reaffirm our commitment to our clients, members, and providers. As you are aware, this is an evolving situation, and we will share more information with you as it becomes available.

We hope that you and your loved ones are well, and we are here if you need us.

Yours in good health,

Delta Dental of North Carolina

Dental Emergency?

During this time, it is important we keep our hospital emergency rooms open for coronavirus patients. If you are experiencing a dental emergency or an urgent dental problem, call your dentist immediately to determine the best course of action. If your dentist’s office is closed, or if you do not have a dentist, there are dental clinics who will see you.
